Step 1 — Measure Your Mirror and Cut the Cane Webbing
Accurate measurements ensure the cane sits snugly around the mirror.
Measure the circumference (or perimeter) of your mirror and cut the rattan sheet or rope slightly longer — about 1–2 cm overlap.

Wet the cane sheet lightly with a spray bottle before cutting. It becomes softer and bends easily.
Step 2 — Warm Up and Prepare the Glue Surface
Glue a small section at a time — cane dries fast and needs firm pressure.
Clean the mirror edges with a dry cloth.
Heat your glue gun until fully melted.
Work in small 5–7 cm sections to avoid the glue cooling too quickly.
Step 3 — Attach the Rattan Around the Mirror Frame
Press firmly for a seamless, professional-looking wrap.
With one hand, guide the cane along the edge; with the other, press firmly into the glue.
Continue wrapping slowly until fully around the mirror.
If using rope rattan:

Step 4 — Secure the Seam and Trim the Excess
